“WHAT SEASON ARE YOU IN?”

Asking the question….”What Season Are You In?” can open up a can of worms….It can mean so many different things to so many people…

When it comes to the 4 seasons you can always feel what is in the air…the coolness, the sun, the chill, the color of leaves, the smells, usually indicate what season we are entering.

Even commercially, the t.v ads and stores,(which are usually always earlier), let u know what season we are entering next as we see the change of decorations, or clothes on the racks…

Even one can talk about seasons in their life..

Any time we experience an old door closing and a new one opening or some shift in our plans can mean a new season.

Or perhaps we may feel stagnant as if things are never gonna change, but stuck in a season .Or we may question why and is there a purpose or lesson to learn here while going through this season in life. A season of growth, or learning.

THERE ARE MANY SEASONS OR PHASES IN LIFE AND IT IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH ONE OF US:

From a child, to school years,college years, career, marriage and raising a family. From the empty nest season, to again becoming grandparents and feel like you are reliving the season of  raising kids.

Or you may be in the season of becoming a caretaker to one or both of your parents, or the season of retirement, or the season of endless days of doctors and medical advice.

Or you can be in  the season of a death of a spouse, to not only feel like having to start all over again, but to re-inventing yourself all over again.

It can be a time to focus on the road between the temporary vs. the eternal as our season here on earth may be closing. Which our choice of where we will spend  eternity should always be at the forefront, not just when we are heading toward the end of our life as we know it here.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

APPOINTED TIMES AND SEASONS

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

What Season Are You Going Through Right Now???

Are You Aware of Yourself Going Through A Season?? And what Are We Learning While Going Through This Season?

I feel at times so much that LIFE is a school we are going through as we sometimes may fail or pass smoothly depending on how we see it and our attitude as we are going through it can make all the difference in the world.

The MAIN thing is though, if we have truly put our life into the Lord’s hands, we are never going through them alone… With every season, every turn, every open door, or closed door. He is with us through it all.

As everything is constantly changing from one day to the next on this roller coaster called LIFE. there is ONE who never sleeps or slumbers, and One who never changes but remains the same ROCK that we can hold on to.

He is never surprised or thrown for a loop when we feel like things are out of control. When the future looks a mystery to us…it is good to know the ONE who has been there already.

Revelation 22:13

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last

As always wanted to give you the chance if you are going through a storm or an unknown season in your life, you never have to go through it alone, I encourage you today to reach out to the One who is reaching out to you right now to save you and be your ROCK and ANCHOR to hold on to when everything and everyone is changing around you. I will leave this simple prayer for you.
